Farm Manager / Farm Hand
Being a paid employee on a farm means long hours for the right applicant. While we don't expect our worker to know everything, they must be physically-fit. Training will be provided as needed.

Contract Workers
Contract worker positions include carpenter, firefighter, cook, baker, heavy equipment operator, medical professional, care worker, early childhood educator and more.

Volunteers
We do allow a certain number of volunteers to stay and work on the farm, both for the skills and experience as well as for the community life. We teach many skills to volunteers, who are expected to work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. WOOFers are also welcome.

Co-operative Farmstead Living
Although paid and volunteer workers are usually only on the farm during the growing season, co-op members often remain on the property for most of the year.
